My Favorite Ways to use Essential Oils

I Love Essential Oils and there are many that I use every day. Most of these oils are found in one of Young Living's Premium Starter Kit.

Lemon - The first thing I do every morning is drink a couple of drops of Lemon Essential Oil in water.  It helps scrub cells clean! Young Living Oils are pure enough to ingest. Be sure to use a glass or stainless steel drinking glass.

Frankincense - After I wash my face, I put a drop of Frankincense in the palm of my hand,rub my hands together and then press the oil onto my clean face. Frankincense has a visual tightening effect on the skin and may benefit more mature skin. Then I cup my hands over my nose and inhale. An amazing amount of research has been done on Frankincense. Google it.

Diffuse for grounding and connecting to your Inner Wisdom.

Peppermint - Inhale peppermint to support healthy sinuses and deep breathing or to improve concentration and alertness. You can rub it on your temples or forehead to relieve a simple headache. A drop of peppermint oil in a glass of water is excellent after meals to support healthy digestion... or you can just rub it on your belly.
